A Human provides a cloud-based applicant tracking system that helps organizations manage their hiring processes. The Service includes features such as candidate management, job posting, interview scheduling, and analytics.

• All activities that occur under your account

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A Human from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We will provide you with access to export your data for a reasonable period after termination.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
